About Rebecca

I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a passionate tea drinker, teacher-practitioner of Face Yoga & Reiki, The Face Core Method ®, and a lifelong student of what helps us feel well - truly well - in our everyday lives.

When I’m not in the studio, I’m happiest outdoors with my dog, tending to my garden, or sharing joyful moments with my family - a good puzzle, thrifting for treasures with my daughter, flowing pots of tea.

From an early age, I often felt like an observer - noticing what sits beneath the surface.

I’ve always had a sensitivity to faces and energy; the stories they hold, the emotions they quietly tell. People tend to open up easily around me, often within moments of meeting.

For years I thought this perceptiveness made me different. Now I see it as the foundation of my work. A client once said, “You see what others don’t see.” I took that to heart.

At Kin, I’ve created a space for thoughtful, grounded care - where your face, your energy, and your whole self are met with attention and respect.

My approach draws on more than 15 years of training across Reiki, tea ceremony, facial anatomy, fascial unwinding, face yoga, massage, and The Face Core Method ®. These practices share a common thread: real transformation happens when we listen, soften, and tend to the layers beneath the surface.

My work is warm, intuitive, and evidence-informed. Here, you’re not expected to arrive polished or perfect - just as you are. Even if that means pyjama pants and a three-day ponytail (we've all been there!)
Overwhelm is abundant at this moment in time - sensory and information overload have become a new kind of normal. My work is designed to help you ground into your body, regulate your nervous system, clear and balance energies, and build a robust radiance that you can carry with you.

This is thoughtful care designed for real life - effective, steady shifts that help you reconnect with your own vitality and ease.
That’s the kind of process I trust in, and it’s what I’m here to offer you.

With warmth,
Rebecca Le Harle
Founder of Kin
